Refund policy

Please choose carefully. We don’t normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

You can choose between a refund or replacement product where goods have been supplied that are faulty or wrongly described. 

Simply email info@icandy.co.nz with a photo of the incorrect or damaged product and let us know if you would like a refund or replacement product to be sent to you so that we can arrange this for you. You do not need to return the original product.

Replacement product will be dispatched, and refunds will be processed within 3 business days of receiving the request.
