We provide shipping within New Zealand and Australia.

Shipment processing time

Orders are dispatched within 1-5 business days.  Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Estimated delivery time

Estimated delivery time for all orders is between 2-5 business days after dispatch.

Shipping rates 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout or on your invoice if paying on account.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). Please contact us if you have any issues with this and we will follow this up with the courier for you.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

iCandy  is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
